Album of Collages

The artworks that are part of the Album of Collage are painted with a brush. They required different materials: fillets, jute, embossed cardboard, tapestry, feathers, sand and wool. Most of them were inspired by the landscaping of Claire's garden.

This adjacent painting, titled '' Tapestry'', was taken from her imagination and painted in acrylic with tapestry and netting.

Figurative Album

The canvases that are part of the Figurative Album have all been painted in oil. Some of them have been inspired by her family album. Others have been combined to form a duo, which is very interesting if you want to decorate one of your home rooms.

This adjacent painting, titled ''Sexy Lady'' was painted in oil with stuck silk paper.

Album of still life

The artworks that are part of the Album of still life have all been painted in acrylic with spatula. Furthermore, natural autumn leaves were used to create a real print for the paintings''Leaves in madness 1'' and ''Leaves in madness 2''.

For this adjacent painting, titled ''Broken Window'' Claire has been inspired during a visit to her brother in the countryside. The window of the family barn was broken at that time.

Floral Album

The artworks that are part of the Floral Album were all painted either with oil or acrylic, with or without spatula. Materials such as fillets, crackle paste or collage have been used to give relief to paintings.

This adjacent painting, titled ''Growth'' has been painted in acrylic with spatula. Having been painted during the estival season, a floral image emerged in Claire's mind. The canvas ''Growth'' then took shape.

Album of landscapes

The artworks that are part of the Album of landscapes were all painted either with oil or acrylic, with or without spatula. Crackle paste has been used for some paintings as well as mixed technique.

This adjacent painting, titled ''Night at Tracadie-Sheila, N.-B., Canada'' has been painted in acrylic with spatula. For this  artwork, Claire has been inspired when she took part to a family gathering in this region of Canada.

Abstracts and semi-abstracts Album

The canvases belonging to the Abstracts and semi-abstracts Album were mainly painted in acrylic with spatula,

This adjacent painting, titled ''Waterfall'' has been painted in acrylic as well as with mixed technique. It allowed her to express herself  artistically with a play of colors.
